This form can be used to book for our after school holiday activities.
We have 2 lots of sessions available:
After School:
Monday 9th May 4pm to 5pm - Space, Rockets and Geology
Monday 16th May 4pm to 5pm - Planets, Rockets and Aliens
Monday 23rd May 4pm to 5pm - Volcanoes, Fossils and Dinosaurs
Monday 30th May 4pm to 5pm - Dinosaurs, Tar Pits and Paleontology
Weekend:
Saturday 14th May 4pm to 5pm - Space, Rockets and Geology
Saturday 21th May 4pm to 5pm - Planets, Rockets and Aliens
Saturday 28rd May 4pm to 5pm - Volcanoes, Fossils and Dinosaurs
Saturday 4th June 4pm to 5pm - Dinosaurs, Tar Pits and Paleontology
Bookings are essential and all weeks must be paid in advance.
Cost is $25 per week ($100 total cost).
Each child must be booked on a separate form.
